Please note that this registration form should also be completed if you are booking hotel accommodation. Please complete the hotel details in the relevant section. We cannot guarantee that everyone who books accommodation on the Horsky Park campus will be able to have the accommodation of their choice, but we will try our very best to fulfil your wishes.

If you are arriving earlier than 1 August or leaving later than 5 August, you should organise your extended stay directly with the hotel. It is not possible to extend your stay at Horsky Park either before or after the festival.

Fees/Prices

You will find fees and prices on the relevant lists. If you book hotel accommodation, you should only add the cost of lunch and dinner, plus the registration fee. The fees have been calculated according to choice of accommodation, country of origin and age. See below for the payment methods. Individual countries will translate the registration form and some will provide a means of paying through the national Methodist Church. Click here for prices.

The lists show the costs per person for accommodation and catering for the duration of the festival (Wednesday evening until Sunday lunchtime). Children under 6 years of age go free!

Transfer and Payment of Fees:

1) Registration fee and total costs

If you wish, you may transfer the total costs for yourself and those travelling with you when booking. If there is a discrepancy, you can clarify and settle this at the Festival.

If you are paying only the deposit, please transfer €15,00 per person.
When you pay the balance later, please remember to leave off the deposit that you have paid. The deposit is not refundable if you make a cancellation.

If you wish to pay the total cost at once, please refer to the price lists. Please pay the hotel directly. You should then only pay us the fees for the meals (lunch and evening meal) and the participant’s fee for each person (see the price list).

2) How do I create my personal code to submit with the registration form and balance of fees?

We need a personal code for each booking so that we can match the bookings and payments.
The first (oldest) person uses their surname and date of birth to make the code:

For example: The person’s name is Karl Müller, born on 1.1.1960 (DD/MM/YYYY)

Personal booking code: MÜLLER111960

Please give this code when you make your bank transfer to the European Methodist Council bank account or send payment by cheque to your national church.
